Dear Customer, kindly be informed that starting from 31st January 2027, the Secure OTP by NEXI App used to access the SIAnet.XS Portal will reach end of life on both Android and iOS platforms.
Users currently authenticating to the SIAnet.XS Portal through Secure OTP by NEXI must contact their own User Administrator (UA), who is responsible for managing their organizations users, in order to be switched to one of the other available 2FA methods (2FA-EMAIL or 2FA-SMS) no later than 31st December 2026.
